Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced and confident Deputy or Senior Care Coordinator, who would like the opportunity for career progression. Salary up to £36K dependent on experience.They are a reputable domiciliary service based in Norwich that are providers of care and support to allow individuals to lead fulfilled lives in a safe & familiar surroundings where they feel most comfortable, in the place they call home.The view is to take on a knowledgeable professional who will help continue to grow the medium business. The successful candidate will be trained and supported by a knowledgeable and hands on Director, who will continue to hold registration until you are readyto take over the reins fully.The Role:As the Branch Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for a team of carers who you will need to regularly liaise with to ensure all calls are covered and attended.
  • Carry out supervisions, appraisals and support visits with the carers.
  • Complete care pans, risk assessments and spot checks.
  • Make sure that systems are regularly updated, and that the information inputted is accurate.
  • Support with coordinating hours.
  • Support with business development, concentrating on growing their private portfolio
The Person;To be considered for the Branch Manager role, you will need;
  • Minimum 3 years care experience as a Care Coordinator, Deputy or Care Manager
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Minimum of a level 3 in Health & Social Care Adults (they will put you through your level 5 qualification)
  • Experience working with domiciliary
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
