Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and dependable individual who thrives under pressure Join our dedicated team on the Rapid Response Night Care Service for Norfolk and experience the thrill of making a real difference.Our service extends across most of Norfolk, and you may be called upon to attend night sit visits anywhere in the region. Rest assured; your mileage will be reimbursed at a rate of 42p per mile.This role involves an on-call 10-hour shift, starting at 9:00 pm and concluding at 7:00am, allowing you to serve from the comfort of your own home. You’ll be working directly with customers, delivering skilled, sensitive, and compassionate care to promotetheir independence and well-being.Each night presents unique challenges: Working in our rapid response team, no two nights will be the same. As an experienced care worker, you’ll tackle diverse tasks and requirements, ensuring individualised care tailored to each situation.Perks of Joining Our Team:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of care experience: Your experience in the community or care home setting is highly valued.
