Full Time 37.5 hours - Happy to talk Flexible and Agile WorkingWould you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction industryIf so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Quantity Surveyor to join us covering Suffolk and Norfolk.About the RoleYou’ll maintain commercial information to the contract, satisfying the needs of both the customer and Morgan Sindall Construction in terms of reporting contract commercial performance, whilst contributing to achieving the appropriate commercial result throughthe provision of accurate financial reporting. Managing subcontractor supplier accounts, financially and contractually, you’ll identify, secure and deliver the business forecast in both turnover and margin, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.About YouAs an experienced Surveyor, you’ll ideally be educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS.CIOB) and will hold a relevant CSCS Card. With detailed knowledge ofcompany management systems including Commercial and Financial, you’ll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £10 and £30 million and will have managed quantity surveyors on large contracts.A full UK driving licence is essential.BenefitsWe strive to support our colleagues to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
