Project Management Development Lead - circa £60,000 for Norwich or Perth locations Here at Aviva, we are on the search for a highly commercial Senior Project Manager (PM), who has prior experience working within a business change environment, and who now wants to focus on capability planning and staff development in their next role. Therefore,we want to engage with PM individuals who have excellent change management experience matched with prior knowledge of developing the skills and capabilities of project and product teams, to ensure transformation success and high staff performance.A bit about the job: You will work with Aviva PMs and product owners to identify skills gaps and development opportunities, and then devise & roll out learning solutions to ensure the right skills and the behaviours are enabled.You will liaise regularly with our Aviva Talent & Capability team, as well as Transformation Leads, to define what great looks like, and then build the plans and programmes for their teams.
