Job Description-Our client, a refurbishment building subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the hotel maintenance sector are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Domestic Plumber to join their maintenance team on an ongoing temporary to permanentbasis.The first location will be in Kings Lynn and once the hotel refurbishment is completed will then move on to Ipswich. The client needs someone that is happy with travel and after 13 weeks there is the opportunity to go directly with them PAYE and include holidays,van and fuel card.Working hours are 08:00– 17.00 Monday to Friday with 30 min lunch break.Role Requirements -In order to be considered for the role you must be fully qualified and have proven experience as a Domestic Plumber and be able to provide details of work related references.- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or 3 years’ experience in the trade- Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling Certificates and Working From Heights (we can provide access to free online courses)- Have own tools and transport- Full driving license- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Both self-employed and PAYE options are available however the day rate of £200 would lessen if PAYE chosen and not CIS.Overtime and weekend work available if desired.
