Job Description

Have you always wondered what it would be like to work in a creative marketing agency Have you got an interest in marketing or design and looking for a new role that will combine people skills with project management On behalf of my client, I am lookingfor both experienced Account Managers or Marketing professionals looking to come agency side to grow their career with. A self-start attitude is required as it is a small office.As an Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day contact of key accounts within the business to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns and marketing communications.Salary - £30-35(negotiable for experience within Agency Marketing/ Property Marketing)Working hours - 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday (1hr lunch break)Please note this is an office-based role in the heart of Norwich. WFH is not offered. However, it is appreciated that that sometimes there is a need to be flexible around life’s commitments as and when you need them.Benefits:

Main ResponsibilitiesSupporting the account management team, you will help to deliver creative marketing campaigns and branding projects for our clients.This will include (but not limited to – as it is a very varied role)
  • Day to day contact with key accounts, managing all creative and marketing projects in line with their briefs and requirements. Our clients are mainly within the new homes / property industry - experience of this would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Brand guardianship for all your accounts - working closely with the studio you will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and quality is achieved across all our projects.
  • Working closely with clients and Account Director to create strong marketing strategies and proposals for future projects.
  • Updating CMS / Websites and keeping track of the projects through our project management software
  • Creating creative briefs Liaising with the studio on amends to projects to manage this through and back to the client to agreed deadlines.
  • Taking briefs from clients and attending weekly meetings
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally in marketing, business, psychology, or another creative discipline) or relevant work experience within a marketing role / marketing agency.
  • Previous account management experience ideal
  • Social media experience, ideal
  • Driving licence
