Job Description

QA / Software Lead for VFX Company, Norwich City CentreLangham Recruitment are looking for a talented Lead QA / Software Tester to work for a growing editing and visual effects company in Norwich. What will you be doingAs a Software Lead, you will be working in a recently refurbished modern office space, managing the QA Team, and owning the QA processes across the entire development lifecycle.Youll be testing their award-winning cutting-edge suite of creative products that are being used by tens of millions worldwide.Requirements:

  • A proven team leader with experience developing, leading, and managing a team
  • Proven experience in a hands-on manual QA / Software Testing role
  • Experience in creating test plans, test scenarios and test cases in a complex product environment
  • Proven experience in all stages of application testing including UI, backend, functional and regression
  • Good knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, QA terminology and processes
  • Knowledge of testing tools including defect tracking, test case management and automation tools for testing desktop software
Nice to have:
  • BSc in Computer Science (or similar) or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., ISTQB)
  • Experience with Dev tools such as Visual Studio, VSCode, Git etc.
