I’m currently recruiting a lab technician to provide support to a number of labs in one of the large universities based in Norwich.The role is supporting the labs by autoclaving glassware, removal of biological waste, restocking of consumables and generally keeping the lab spaces clean and tidy.The roll is initially 6-8 weeks to cover some staff absences, but could well last longer, although no assurances could be given currently.As the successful applicant to the role you will have some previous understanding of a lab environment, this could be form a degree or a previous role.The role is paid at £11.21/hour and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
