Job Description

We are pleased to be working in partnership with a global organisation in the appointment of an HR Business Partner for their sites in Norfolk.Reporting to the Head of HR, the rolewill play a key part in thedelivery of the People Strategy and pragmatically drive high performance by providing hands on, generalist, operational People support to managers. The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified and demonstrate hands on experience of supporting people through change, and possess a strong HR generalist background. You will have a collaborative approach, with the drive and confidence to integrateand influence a variety of stakeholders including the senior management team. You will be solutionsfocused, with the capability to juggle varying priorities in a fast paced environment. Key areas of the role will include:

  • Build relationships with stakeholders, enabling them to take ownership and responsibility for the development of their teams
  • Partner with the management team,providingpragmatic guidance and support on all people matters, including employee relations, recognition, L&D and employee engagement
  • Adopting an influencing style of HR that encourages and coaches the business leaders to make the right people management decisions and understands compliance with legislation/best working practice.
  • Support the change management plan of cultural development across the business as well as the enabling and embedding of the people plan
  • Lead or participate in projects, providing input to improve ways of working and business change and efficiency.
