Job Description

Our client is a leading employer based close to Norwich Airport. Due to sickness they require an experienced HR Administrator to join the team. The role is to start asap and likely to last 2-3 months, possibly longer.Role Purpose:Varied HR Administration role proving support and administration the line managers and employees,

  • Maintain the staffing variation spreadsheet to ensure that all new posts and contract changes are budgeted for and have correct levels of authorisation
  • Provide support with recruitment including adding new roles to the system, advertising and uploading applicants to the database and support to line managers
  • Undertake pre-employment checks
  • Support with Compliance including undertake compliance audits on employee documentation and provide feedback and advice where necessary
  • Update and maintain the HR system with new starters, leavers and contract changes ensuring accuracy of information at all times in line with contractual entitlements and pay
  • Responsible for issuing letters of appointment and contracts of employment to all new starters
  • Responsible for issuing confirmation of contract changes in the forms of addendums to existing contracts, or a new contract of employment
  • Create and keep records of statutory induction training
