Job Title: Health & Safety ManagerLocation: NorwichSalary: From £37,099 to £44,263 per annumJob type: Full time - PermanentClosing date for applications: 7th April 2024 at 11pmInterviews will be held on: 22nd April 2024Employer - Norwich University of the ArtsAs Norwich University of the Arts grows and widens it provision of high-quality courses, research and knowledge exchange activities, the fundamental importance of a safe and healthy studying and working environment for all has never been greater.We are seeking to recruit a Health and Safety Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety strategies, policies and procedures across the University.The postholder will provide proactive and professional leadership on all health and safety matters, empowering managers and colleagues with the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain a safe and secure environment, promoting the wellbeing of our studentsand staff alike.They will ensure and monitor compliance with University, statutory and stakeholder health and safety requirements, and foster a positive safety-conscious safety culture across the University.The successful candidate will have a NEBOSH Diploma level qualification and proven experience in health and safety management.
