Your responsibilities include:* Crafting and implementing comprehensive test plans for innovative tools during development.* Constructing prototype hardware and systems for diverse projects.* Conducting system and board level testing to meet project objectives.* Executing firmware, hardware, and software level testing.* Designing and building test jigs and fixtures for effective board and system level testing.* Generating detailed build and test manuals, collaborating closely with design and production teams for documentation.* Collaborating with development, QA, and Management teams to enhance processes.* Regularly reporting test progress to Project Leads Engineers and Project Managers.* Clear and concise reporting of system issues to the development team.* Collaborating with the development team to replicate issues and characterise behaviors for reliable testing of solutions.* Contributing to the definition, improvement, and development of methods and processes.* Implementing best practice engineering methods to uphold quality standards.* Ensuring compliance with the companys HSE policy and promoting safety.Desirable Attributes:* Robust Electronics and Technical Proficiency* Meticulous Attention to Detail* Analytical and Logical Problem-Solving Skills* Effective Documentation Skills* Adaptability and Continuous Learning* Collaborative Team Player* Quality-Driven Mindset* Time Management and PrioritizationKey Performance Indicators:* Meeting project development testing scheduled milestones.Join our client in this innovative journey!
