Salary: Croydon - £31,445 - £36,500 per annum / Norwich - £29,695 - £34,407 per annumLocation: Hybrid/Croydon or NorwichHours: Full and Part Time hours consideredContract Type: PermanentLooking for a customer-focused role in social housing If so, we have just the right opportunity for you! Were seeking several excellent Customer Support Specialists to join our teams in Croydon or Norwich on a permanent basis.This is a multi-case management position, which requires you to make confident decisions and handle multiple customer interactions. Therefore, excellent communication skills are necessary to liaise with various internal teams and external agencies. Youllparticipate in active learning and knowledge-sharing to support us in driving continuous improvement to meet high levels of performance.What were looking forAccuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret legislation are essential skills for this role. You must be able to work to a high standard in a busy and pressurised environment while managing your time effectively to handle a variety of tasks.Due to the nature of the teams work, you need to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
