Job Description

Major Recruitment are pleased to be working with one of the Worlds largest Postal Service companys.We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients established team at their Norwich Depot.Do you have a Can do attitudeAre you passionate about your work and adopt a "Right First Time" approach to everything you doCan you work on your own as well as in a busy teamHours:Monday to Friday 0900-1730Salary:From £23,593Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all communication with customers is in a professional and timely manner and resolved to the customers satisfaction using the appropriate channels.
  • Develop a full understanding of our clients services, products and operating systems
  • Managing corporate customer queries from start to finish, taking ownership and being responsible for resolution of the issue.
  • Promote self-service and alternative products to new and existing customers
  • Attend regular meetings/briefs held by the Customer Service Centre Management team. Contribute ideas to change and improve the customer experience and the performance of the team.
Skills and Experience required:
  • Planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask whilst working under pressure.
  • Customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and listing skills.
This is a Temp to Perm position, you will initially be employed by Major Recruitment for a 8 week period before switching to a permanent contract with our client.Major Recruitment ltd act as a Recruitment Business for all temporary and temp to perm positions.INDER
