We are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with our client based in Norwich for a Head of Customer Growth.If you are passionate about developing partnership opportunities and driving sales in collaboration with the marketing and business development teams, this could be the perfect role for you.The company offers hybrid working, excellent benefits and perks and a brilliant office environment and culture to work within.The role will involve:Building and executing a customer acquisition strategy that delivers the best quality of customer, into the appropriate sales channel, at the budgeted cost and volume.This involves responsibility for new customer recruitment across internal channels such as CRM recruitment and tele-marketing as well as working with the ecommerce and digital marketing teams to manage the strategy to recruit customers via digital channelssuch as SEO, PPC, display, content marketing and PR.Through your experience and existing network of contacts, you will have the ability to personally deliver some tier 1 Partnerships into our clients existing portfolio making a positive contribution to the customer acquisition target for this channel. Ideallythese would be brand new Partners to our client.We are looking for• Proven track record in delivering large numbers of new customers in a DTC environment• Experience of delivering significant partnerships that drive scale.• Strong understanding of digital and social acquisition.• Previous experience in Digital/CRM/Direct Response Marketing required.• Ability to work within clear financial parameters.If you are a resilient individual who is passionate about generating sales opportunities and very keen to develop their career, please apply today.
