Job Description

Rthirteen are working in collaboration with a fantastic Norfolk business in their search for a Client Services Director to join their thriving team in an integral management role. Within this role you will oversee agency operations, manage project workflow, oversee client relationships, manage client services, creative and productionteams ensuring clients are provided with a high-quality service that meets their needs.This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this role is highly competitive based on experience.Duties to include:

  • Managing and developing both new & existing client relationships, ensuring they are being provided with a service that is both high quality and meets their requirements.
  • Overseeing agency operations and managing project workflow, streamlining this where possible.
  • Managing and motivating the team, allocating resources appropriately and monitoring performance/progression.
  • Resolving client/staff issues when these arise, ensuring these are dealt with quickly and professionally.
  • Handling client financials, estimating projects, setting out payment schedules and dealing with any financial issues that arise.
  • Conducting interviews for potential new recruits.
You will have/be
  • Proven experience in a similar senior position handling client service.
  • Previous agency experience.
  • Degree educated.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to grow and develop teams, cultivating a positive working environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, pro-active, hardworking and highly professional individual.
