Job Description

Atrium Healthcare is recruitment on behalf of the client forChildrens Home Registered Manager.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement care plans for children under your supervision.- Provide direct care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment.- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the childrens program.- Coordinate and communicate with parents/guardians regarding the childs progress and any concerns.- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines for child care facilities.- Provide support and guidance to staff members working in the childrens program.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of the children.Qualifications:- Minimum of a relevant qualification (minimum - childcare related Diploma at Level 3). If not already held, attain the Diploma in Leadership (Level 5) or other Management qualification within 2 years of appointment.- Experience in supervising and managing a team of healthcare professionals.- 2 years experience working in a position relevant to the residential care of children in the last 5 years.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and other healthcare professionals.- Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to each childs needs.- Excellent organisational skills to manage the daily operations of the childrens program.If this sounds like a role that would suit you, do not hesitate to apply.For more information, please get in touch with Vicky on .Atrium is an equal opportunity employer, and all hiring decisions are subject to international and local employment laws and regulations.
