Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting fora talented Brand & UX Designer with excellent design and brand development skills to join our clients website team.The role is responsible for ensuring the site is well-designed across mobile and desktop to help increase the conversion of commercial deals. You will understand the importance of user journeys, ensuring they are clean and maximize conversion potential.Experience & Skills you will need…

  • Strong brand development and design skills.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and ideally Figma.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Content Management Systems ideally Umbraco or similar.
  • Experienced in design for CRO tests using Google Optimise.
  • Experienced in Google Analytics set-up and use for testing activities.
  • Experienced in building and looking after emails using Dot Digital or similar.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Creative thinking and concept creation.
  • A flexible individual and a willing attitude to get the job done.
