Our client is seeking an Booking Administrator to join their team.This role is initially on a temporary basis however could go permanent for the right candidate.The role is ideally 9-5 Monday – Friday however they are a flexible company and would consider reduced hours. They are have free parking as well as tea and coffee. They use google work space.The role is a varied position. You would be coordinating various diaries and making appointments for clients. You will need to juggle the diaries and go back and forth to clients to see who is free and when.You need to be confident in meeting clients face to face, offering refreshments in the reception area. You must have a first class telephone manner.
