Job Description

Permanent - 37.5 Hours per weekWe are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Lovell’s East Anglia region, working onsite in Norwich, with travel to sites across the region.Reporting to our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist in the day to day financial, cost control and reporting of one or more developments. This will be managed from the Award up to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery/dischargeof all retentions and completion of archive material.Whilst a formal qualification is required, such as HNC in a relevant subject, we are open to hear from Assistant Quantity Surveyors with construction industry experience. You’ll have sound knowledge and understanding of contract records, and contractualobligations, along with a good level of competency in Microsoft Office.Customer focused, with strong decision making and communication skills, candidates will be able to prioritise work against tight deadlines and sometimes conflicting priorities.Benefits
