Role –Assistant Bakers positionLocation – Based close to Thetford, NorfolkWorking hours – Monday to Friday 5am – 2pmCapacity of role – Permanent positionSalary - £12.00 per hour Our client is currently recruiting for a Baker to join their team within a permanent capacity. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in the local area.Main duties will include - • Assisting bakers by serving customers at counters • Greeting customers, providing advice, taking orders, and packaging baked goods.• Ensuring items on display are continually restocked.• Organising and maintaining the baking area.• Replenishing stocks and measuring ingredients.• Developing and creating new bakery products.• Ensuring that all the bakery products adhere to safety laws and regulations.Candidate Attributes – Food handling certificate is essential Previous experience within a similar position is desirable.
