Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.Location: Norwich, Norfolk. Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + BenefitsOur client specialises in Asbestos Surveying services across Retail, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, and Domestic sites. Due to acquiring new contracts, they are now seeking to employ an Asbestos Surveyor. You will be responsible for undertaking the full rangeof surveying duties including but not limited to: management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, sampling of ACMs, bagging and labelling samples and conducting re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. This role would suit someone who is looking tocome away from work in the London area and focus on longstanding contracts in East Anglia. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, Swaffham, Kings Lynn, Diss, Thetford, Wisbech, March, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Sudbury, Ipswich, Newmarket, Felixstowe, Colchester.Experience & Qualifications: " BOHS P402 (Mandatory)." Experience carrying out a surveying role for an established Asbestos company. " Knowledgeable in relevant HSG guidelines. " Experienced in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Efficient communication skills. The Role:" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites. " Carrying out management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys in line with relevant Health & Safety legislations. " Sampling of ACMs." Bagging and labelling safely and correctly prior to sending to laboratory for analysis." Re-inspection surveys upon completion of works. " Use of TEAMS / TRACKER systems to gather information from site.
