Job Description

The Ad Ops Assistant plays a vital role in helping Archant provide marketing services to clients ensuring that their brands, products, and business thrive.In this role you will have a portfolio of live advertising and marketing campaigns and you will ensure that they deliver and perform against set performance standards.You will constantly be monitoring adverts on our ad server network which will involve uploading artwork and targeting campaigns. Once they are live you will then monitor their performance as the month progresses and optimise any under-performing campaignsin line with our performance standards.What makes it a great job

  • A keen interest in marketing services
  • Knowledge and understanding of data and analytics and interpreting these into actions
  • The ability to manage their own workload of live campaigns
  • Previous experience of using tech platforms
  • Initiative and be able to think "what else can improve this"
  • Great communication skills for internal teams & external clients
  • Previous ad flighting or similar knowledge and experience
Where will I be basedThis full-time role will be based in our office in Norwich, with the opportunity for agile working after probation.The office is close to all major bus routes and only a short walk from the train station.There is also an on-site restaurant.Ok, so whats the package
  • Full time and permanent role
  • Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary up to £19,000 depending on experience
