To bolster their success, they are seeking both a dynamic and agile 2nd Line SupportExecutive, and a 1st line support Executive, to join their vibrant team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional second line support, addressing a range of technical issues with agility and efficiency.
  • Engaging directly with customers, providing friendly yet thorough support, and establishing strong relationships based on trust and reliability.
  • Demonstrating a keen ability to juggle multiple tasks (plate spinning), showcasing your natural problem-solving talents to address challenges swiftly.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into complex issues, ensuring all customer needs are met with a solution-focused approach.
