Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team based in Northallerton.Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all invoices/credits are promptly recorded
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Timely processing of supplier invoices
  • Ensure all paperwork is continually maintained in a well ordered and referenced manner
  • Complete other ad hoc tasks as identified by the manager
Desirable qualities:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Purchase Ledger
  • Sage experience (not a necessity)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Forward thinking
  • Organised
Job information:
  • Salary £22,000-£24,000 depending on experience
  • 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday (1 hour lunch)
  • Fully office based
  • 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Pension
