Police Lawyer (Employment Law)Permanent - Hours/days to be discussedBased at Alverton Court, Northallerton- with opportunities for remote workingScale SO1 - PO12 (£29,793 - £44,928)Salary upon appointment will be dependent upon skills and experience as per the career progression plan relevant to this role.Applications are welcomed from Legal Executives, Solicitors and Barrister in line with the associated Career Progression Plan attached.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding role within Joint Corporate Legal Services, which is part of Evolve Collaborative Legal Services, you will therefore be advising the Chief Constables, and Police, (Fire), and Crime Commissioners andtheir staff across North Yorkshire Police, Cleveland Police and Durham Constabulary.This permanent role will cover Employment Law.You will have the ability to manage your own file caseload whilst working to tight deadlines. In addition, you will have the ability to assist and supervise others in a team of professionals.Candidates able to demonstrate prior experience of employment law, or other aspects of civil law affecting the police, are particularly encouraged to apply.
