Job Description

Plasterer / Tiler - Trades / ConstructionCirca £27,162 per annum plus vehicle and stockNorthallerton, North YorkshirePermanent, Full TimeOur client is looking for a skilled, customer focused Plasterer / Tiler to join their Property Services team in Northallerton.About the roleTheir Plasterers / Tilers play an important part in carrying out plastering and wet trade repairs to properties owned or managed by the Association and ensuring that the work is completed to a defined quality and to relevant technical standards.The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in the housing repair / maintenance sector.
  • Experience of dealing with the public.
  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent and/or minimum of NVQ Level 3 or its equivalent.
  • The ability to communicate well with fellow staff, customers/external contacts and produce information in a written form, including completion of necessary work documentation.
  • The ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload to meet targets.
  • The ability to accurately follow/identify maintenance and improvement works, from work instructions and technical drawings and plans
Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.What they can offer in return:
