Job Description

Job Title - Operations ManagerJob Type - Full-time, permanent, office basedSalary - £40,000-£50,000IPS Finance are working alongside a leisure centre who are based near Northallerton and are looking to recruit an Operations Manager.This role consists of being responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities1.Operations Management:- Oversee all aspects of the operations, ensuring efficient and smooth daily functioning.- Manage a team of staff, including instructors, groundsmen, retail sales, kitchen, front of house and support personnel, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.- Coordinate scheduling, reservations, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience for clients.- Implement and enforce health and safety policies, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.

  1. Financial Management:- Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring expenses, and revenue targets, and implementing cost control measures.- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.- Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategies for growth.
  1. Business Development:- Identify and evaluate opportunities for business growth.- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue, attract new customers, and maximize the overall profitability.
