Job Description

My client is seeking a dedicated Finance and Administration Officer to join their team and support the day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks. This role is fully remote however, the candidate must live within a 1 hour commute from the DL8area. Sage or XERO experience is essential for this role.Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing all Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Credit Control duties
  • Processing all staff expenses in line with payroll deadlines
  • Answering the office telephone
  • Dealing with the monthly reconciliation of bank statements and finances ledgers
  • Creating creditor reports and credit card statements
  • Routine maintenance of financial ledgers
  • Processing donation reports
  • Assisting the Fundraising colleagues in actioning donation data uploads onto the CRM system
  • Participating in meetings and providing support as needed
  • Arranging and supporting staff travel, including flight and hotel bookings
  • Creating and maintaining a transparent and easily accessible filing structure for all contractual documents
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as may arise
Job information:
  • Fully remote (must live within a 1 hour commute from the DL8 area)
  • £24,000-£27,000 depending on experience
  • 30-37.5 hours per week
  • 09:00-17:00
  • 36 days annual leaving including Bank Holidays
  • Working from home
