We are recruiting for a number of FemaleCare Assistants to support a lady in her 40’s living in her own home with a Spinal Cord Injury in Northallerton. We are looking for care assistants that are flexible and can work on a 12 hour shift pattern with waking nights on a one to one basis, in return you will receive a competitive salary of £11.15 - £13.00 per hour.CCMS offer a bespoke Case Management Service for people of all ages, with a particular emphasis on those recovering from acquired brain injuries. We constantly strive to provide the most efficient and effective service possible. We are looking for a Care Assistants to become part of our growing, professional team.Ultimately our aim is to empower and support people to reach their full potential and maximize their rehabilitation opportunities in order to promote the best quality of life.The Female Care Assistant Role:The role will involve Catheter Care, Moving and Handling and Stoma care. The client also has TPN which is managed via nursing input. The ideal candidates will be required to enable the client to engage in rehabilitation, social and recreational activities, and empower her to be as independent as possible. We are seeking dedicated staff with excellent communication skills, a sense of humour, and a desire to provide individualized support.Previous care experience is essential, and you will need to be a driver with a full UK license.As our Female Care Assistant youmust be able to participate in a range of activities.
