Contracts Supervisor - ConstructionNorthallerton £36,628 per annumFull Time, PermanentThe VacancyOur client has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Supervisor to join them to lead on the day to day supervision of contractors and develop strong working relationships to enable the delivery of a great customer experience.This is a key position in which you will monitor and challenge performance and behaviours of Contractors ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative requirements. You will also assist with the development of maintenance strategies by carrying out stock condition surveys and collating other information about their properties.Please see the full list of responsibilities on the Job Description attached.About youAs Contract Supervisor you will need to have/beHNC in Building Studies or hold recognised trades qualification.Proven experience working in the housing repair/maintenance sector.Experience of conducting property surveys including damp, condensation and stock condition surveysExperience of managing maintenance contractorsAble to use a computerised repair and property database and Microsoft Word/Excel software.
