Childrens Residential Registered Manager Brook Street Social Care Job Type: Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus Location: Northallerton Brook Street Social Care are currently working in partnership with a trusted Childrens Residential Organisation which provides a nurturing environment for children from trauma-based backgrounds. Children are given the support to learn within a safe and therapeuticenvironment and have a smooth transition into adulthood.You will be a Registered Manager opening a brand new, beautiful, 4 bedded home in the Northallerton area which will provide therapeutic support to children with trauma based backgrounds. You will be responsible for ensuring that the management of the home meetsand exceeds the requirements of the Quality Standards for Childrens Homes, and help with the safer recruitment of the home.You will have a Level 4 Children and Young people Practitioner Qualification (England) or Qualified to SCQF Level 7 / HNC (Scotland) or Level 3 Residential Childcare, as well as two years experience, within the past five years working in childrens residentialcare. You will have one years experience within the past five years, leading or supervising employees in a care home environment. If you dont already have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management, you will have a willingness to complete this.Benefits: - Your hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
