Customer Service Supervisor - Northallerton Darlington Building Society is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Branch Network as a Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Supervisor will use their excellent organisational skills to retain operational responsibilities for the day to day running of their branch, they will also passionately work on building relationships within their local community promoting our skills and resources with charities, community groups and schools.As a Customer Service Supervisor in the Branch network, you will become an advocate of our Society procedures, policies and guidelines, developing an in depth knowledge of it and putting forward your idea of improvement where necessary.Skills, Knowledge and Experience
