Job Description

Diamond Search Recruitment at delighted to be working with our client, a well-established and successful Company based in North Acton, and assisting them in the hire of their new Internal Sales Support.Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer orders received via phone and email accurately and promptly
  • Input orders received into relevant IT systems and complete any administrative tasks required to complete the order (e.g. process through despatch, book haulage, liaise with Production team, etc)
  • Deal with customer enquiries, existing and new customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
  • Makes sure that sales team are on track with sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Relative level of experience in sales or customer service-based role
  • Exemplary in serving customers at the highest standard, in accordance with the core values of our Customer Service Charter
  • Putting the customer first in everything you do
  • Collaborative team worker
  • Excellent communication skills and good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and hit deadlines.
