JDI Legal are currently working with a busy and secure coastal practice who are looking to add to their residential conveyancing team.This is a full time role and office based and is open to a range of qualification and experience as long as the individual has a proven track record of running their own caseload of transactions.My clients operate from a high street firm in North Tyneside and have a great reputation in the area.The successful individual will inherit an existing caseload of mostly private matters including Sales and Purchase - freehold and leasehold, remortgage, new build and transfer of equity.
