Job Description

Do you want to be a valued part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond Are you looking for a position in which you can set direction and help shape our company If so, then you could be the newest addition to ourteam as Marketing Coordinator.Be part of the movement – and play your partAbout the roleJoin our forward-thinking team as a Marketing Coordinator, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive. Youll play a crucial role in planning and executing onboard marketing activities and campaigns. Responsibilities includecoordinating with graphic designers, and ensuring tasks meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Additionally, youll handle ad-hoc marketing requests from ships and port shops, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to better caterto their needs.You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the team’s Monday.com boards to help standardise and optimise processes to ensure we’re working smarter and more efficiently.
  • Updating the weekly retail and food & beverage bulletins to enable consistent communication between OBS marketing and ship-based stakeholders.
  • Updating the onboard digital screens with marketing messaging to deliver customer-facing messages that are accurate and relevant (training will be given)
  • Diligently processing the team’s invoices to make sure payments are accurate and fully tracked.
  • Taking part in cross-functional global projects as needed within the business (this currently includes webpage optimisation)
  • Critiquing marketing artwork and giving feedback to designers to produce accurate and on brand campaigns.
  • Be the point person for communication between the OBS marketing team and the Passenger marketing team, briefing in requirements in a clear and timely manner whilst also seeking collaboration opportunities.
  • Visiting the ships frequently, meeting stakeholders, observing customers, checking marketing materials are on brand and up to standard, and delivering marketing materials where needed.
