Job Description

Helpdesk AnalystNewcastlePermanent £28,000 per annumSellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Helpdesk Analyst for an organisation in North Shields on a hybrid basis. This is a permanent, full time position, paying up to £28,000.Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Analyst include:

  • Answering inbound customer queries via phone and email
  • Processing provisioning/sales orders for customer equipment and SIMs according to customer requirements using in house and supplier systems for several mobile satellite service providers
  • Maintaining 3rd party systems information
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and other departments within the business to ensure these processes are completed on an accurate and timely basis
  • Responsible for key products monthly billing cycles
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proficient excel skills, including use of vlookup
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent data entry
