Following a significant increase in work, including lots of new projects, we are looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager to join our existing team based in either Newcastle or Dover. Were flexible on either location as our Engagement Teams are spreadacross Europe in Lithuania, Denmark, Norway, Holland, and the UK so we really are a multi-cultural group working together as a global passenger communications team. With colleagues at these locations, there will be travel to other DFDS offices for meetings.With a strong focus on our customer needs, you will work closely with the Engagement Marketing Management Team, to identify global customer touchpoints with the goal to utilise and source relevant tools and methods to help improve the customer journey, socialengagement, personalisation, retention, and growth of our customer base. The Engagement Marketing team is responsible for driving passenger marketing activity across languages and locations through all digital engagement channels including email, mobile, database,social, blog and influencer activities.Well need you to have experience and technical knowledge with an understanding of customer engagement and behaviour across all digital channels, but primarily across the social media and CRM disciplines. Youll be taking the lead or support on several engagementprojects in line with the passenger marketing strategy, including, but not limited to, customer review platforms, unified blog, loyalty initiatives and personalisation. Alongside this, you will be developing and implementing a plan for enhancing customer reviewscores and maintaining awareness and identification of new developments and trends within digital marketing industry for continual expansion, growth, and improvement, individually and for our brand.Youll need to come in and hit the ground running so you will need to be a skilled marketing professional with at least 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing channels (preferably in email marketing, mobile and social media) and preferably experienceof using a CDP (Customer Data Platform) for marketing activity.Now about what we can give you.
