Our UK Campaign Marketing team we are recruiting for a Digital Design Specialist to assist for maternity cover. We are looking for someone with an open and entrepreneurial mindset to join the fun and collaborative team based in Newcastle. If this soundslike a fantastic opportunity, then we would love to hear from you.Working Mon - Fri, 09:00 -17:30, the ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with a broad understanding of the digital marketing mix and a proven track record in delivering digital creative content. We offer a dynamic position in a multi-disciplined marketingteam with high focus on producing engaging, creative content and to support our digital campaigns.You will be responsible for the creative design & production, assisting the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring all output meets the DFDS brand guidelines. Reporting to the Campaign Manager, you will be tasked with the creation of assets supportingour digital distribution channels: Web, e-mail, social, display. Acting as route creative content lead, driving the strategy for destination, onboard and inspirational content. Whilst supporting the delivery of brand marketing campaigns, we would like youto maintain and develop external relationships, writing photography and videography briefs for external agencies and managing on-site shoots.We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 years experience, in a comparable creative / content role and is comfortable working independently, using their initiative, as well as collaborating within a team environment. An excellent digital designand creative skillset, with an emphasis particularly for digital assets such as web, emails, infographics, video and social. Proven experience with InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator and full Adobe creative suite is a mustNaturally, excellent organisational skills are needed for this role, along with established project management capability. This combined with tremendous communication skills, both verbal and written, as we would like you to be able to demonstrate your experienceof influencing at stakeholder level and taking a methodical, balanced approach to decision making.
