An exciting opportunity within passenger marketing is now available. In the role of Campaign Manager, your responsibility is to support the Dover to France routes primarily looking after our digital campaigns. You will lead a team of Design, Content andCampaign specialists in different core markets of the DFDS network. It is your job to develop the DFDS Brand and B2C comms for the Dover to France routes in the principal markets. A major focus area is to develop a route content marketing strategy to inspiretravel with DFDS. As the route growth owner, you will manage a cross functional agile team on output for the route. Develop an innovative, digital first,route marketing strategy and implement plans to support business objectives and targets. Managing your team on route output using the STDC model to ensure comms efficiency, alignment, and a fluid customer journey. Enhance the DFDS passenger brand for the relevantroute in the core territories, including PR, Sponsorships and CSR initiatives. Possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will cooperate and work together with the Marketing Core Team representative for the relevant route. Monitor and interpretbusiness & marketing performance for the routes and derive activity to close gaps appropriately.Its a very collaborative role as you will be working in agreement with Sales functions to ensure balanced (tactical) sales channel integration to meet results, as well as Product Marketing teams, to develop engaging product ranges for a strong effectiveoffer and added value strategies for digital. All whilst supporting the Head of Engagement & Engagement Managers to execute strategic initiatives & activities across the engagement marketing channels. You will be tasked with developing and nurturing relationshipswith tourist boards to enhance joint campaign activity. Establish relationships and work with creative agencies to support digital brand innovation and campaigns.Were ideally looking for a skilled marketing professional with 5+ years experience across the marketing mix, in addition to excellent knowledge of digital marketing. A sound comprehension and deep understanding of the travel industry, combined with strongpeople management skills. The ability to speak French would be preferable, whilst a Marketing or Business degree / Professional Marketing qualification is desirable.
