Being a multi-national business, we interact with large numbers of customers and stakeholders. We want to be able to communicate with our customers easily, which is why we are looking for a Bi-lingual Customer Interaction Specialist (Dutch speaking) to join our team either in Newcastle or the Netherlands.Working 5 days from 7 per week, (40 hours a week), we need you to be able to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to provide professional and efficient customer sales and service. Its essential for us as a business that we deliver an excellent customerservice experience so, well need you to build a rapport quickly and ensure our guests feel comfortable when making reservations and handling enquiries via voice, email, chat, and other web response solutions. Part of the role is also proactively contactingexisting and potential customers and discussing their experience, with the aim of cross or up-selling appropriate products. Youll act as the first contact resolution of customers and clients queries, requests, orders, and complaints, with the intention ofturning them into a positive overall experience.We are seeking someone customer focussed with a first-rate telephone manner and a clear speaking voice. Good proficiency and navigation skills around a pc, along with excellent keyboard skill. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapportwith the customers, combined the ability to work well in a team environment. Having flexibility to work at various times in the contact centre, including evenings and weekends, where necessary.
