Job Description

I am working with a growing complex Domiciliary Care provider who are looking for a Registered Care Manager to be proactive to support the expansion of the service in the Tees Valley area. Candidates of a Domiciliary Care/Complex Care background with managementexperience are welcomed to apply for this exciting role in a growing market.Salary Package:

£35,000-£45,000 (based on experience).
30 days annual leave.
Shared on call responsibility.
Supportive team.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the office, reporting to the Managing Director.
To manage the existing team of care staff, as well as recruiting and training all new care staff as the service grows.
To create a positive work atmosphere that promotes a high quality of care and to maintain a culture of performance and excellence.
To oversee the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.
To manage costs effectively at all times in agreement with the Managing Director.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.

Registered Manager Requirements:

Must have a Domiciliary Care/Complex Care background.
Must have a proven track record of building up a service and growth.
Desirable to have experience of working with clients of complex care needs.
Desirable to have experience of working alongside OFSTED regulations.
