This provides allour employees with a sense of belonging which allows them to reach their full potential.The RoleThe role of Warehouse Supervisor is an integral one within the Crown Renew IT team. The role is responsible for managing and organizing inbound and outbound activities, e-waste management and compliance with WEEE regulations, GDPR and Data Protection Act.What you will do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Line manager of the Warehouse and Storage team & fulfilling Warehouse duties in the absence of the storage man.
• Prepare Hazardous Waste Transfer notes for incoming jobs.
• Communicating with Operations and the Road Crew for proper handling and organising of WEEE jobs
• Manage the goods-in and goods - out process, ensuring all paperwork has been signed all inventoried counted, stored and information added to the Razor ERP database.
• Supporting the Manager with compliance and audits required of the business (GDPR regulations & Environmental agency).
• Work with the Storage team on managing the containers used by RenewIT.
• Manage Renew IT storage room.
• Responsible for purchasing packaging material and monitor material stock level
• Waste management: ensuring all waste is properly organised and then booked for send-off along with Waste transfer notes in compliance with the environmental agency.
• Creating/adapting and developing guides to support Renew IT team and new starters.
• General admin duties, heavy use of Microsoft Teams for planning and communication.
• May be expected to go onto client’s sites to audit and support the road crew.
• Keyholder; may be responsible for opening & locking up the building.

Skill and ExperienceEssential:

• Experience in warehouse supervision, team management, support key stake holders and to be good and effective communicator.
• Good understanding of warehouse asset tracking systems
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
• Good interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Good commercial awareness and critical thinker
• A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality is required.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.

Desirable:

• Experience in warehouse management of ITAD (IT asset disposal) operation
• Forklift licence and experience
• Flexible approach to hours and travel.
• Attention to details.
