Job Description

Dove & Hawk are working with the leading real estate agency in Palmers Green, who are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Negotiator.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties and maintain accurate records of listings
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Arrange and conduct viewings, providing detailed information about properties
  • Negotiate sales agreements and liaise between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Coordinate with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate sales
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in residential sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and own a car
