Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Management professional to lead the management of a large, prominent London property and contribute to other properties within the portfolio.The successful candidate will be a hands-on, proactive individual with Managing Agent experience and a proven track record in delivering best-in-class building services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing budgets effectively.Client DetailsOur client is a leading property company committed to delivering exceptional services.Description

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Key objectives include acting as an ambassador for the company, leading the Facilities Management team.
  • Managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, and service partners.
  • Ensuring all building services are maintained and inspected when necessary.
Profile
  • NEBOSH, IOSH or IWFM
  • Good understanding with M&E systems
  • Facilities management
  • IT Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • H&S and environment experience
  • Great leadership skills
  • Good communication skills and problem solving skills are essential
  • Experienced managing complex buildings
  • Good understanding of Service Charges, budgets and invoices
  • Contract management
