  • Implementing tailored strategies to support the childs learning and development.
  • Collaborating closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create personalised learning plans.
  • Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback to the teaching team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting children with autism is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
