Job Description

My client is experiencing huge growth and is a innovative Property Development company looking for someone that wants to work in their stunning offices in the NW London area.JOB ROLE:Receptionist

  • First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to Regal London Head Office
  • Answer all incoming calls to the Company in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Arrangement of refreshments for all meetings
  • Meeting room preparation and monitoring
  • Couriers/Taxi ordering
  • Answering door buzzers for gate and main door
  • Delivery and processing of outgoing and incoming mail including recorded and signed for mail at local Post Office
Administrative/Office Assistance
  • Stationery and Office supplies
  • Consumables for Head Office
  • Document control and filing
  • Utilities Admin for Finance Team/ admin support where required
  • Assisting other support staff in periods of absence
  • Key Management for Office / Rental Properties
  • Diary management and key management for all fleet cars
  • Management off fleet Inc. Permits, Congestions, Leases, Mileage documentation
  • Building Management Inc. general running, works required, orders
PERSON SPECIFICATIONIdeal candidate
  • Excellent experience with general Reception duties
  • Excellent experience with administrative support to a team
  • A can do attitude and professional work ethic
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate level of IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook email and calendar
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
