Tradewind Recruitment is working with a secondary school in North London which is seeking an Exams Officer to join the team as soon as possible. The role will start on timesheets but may become permanent after a trial period.As an Exams Officer, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and administering all aspects of internal and external examinations, ensuring that all procedures are followed in accordance with the examination board regulations. This includesworking closely with teaching staff, exam boards, and students to ensure that all exam arrangements are made efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for the accurate recording and reporting of all examination results.Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of all examination entries and ensure that examination materials are securely stored and appropriately distributed to examination venues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that examinationrooms are set up and equipped appropriately, including overseeing the allocation of invigilators and managing the examination timetable.As school only opened a few years ago, they require an experienced Exams Officer who is able to set up the exams function. This will be a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and take ownership for the exams in the school.Please note that the actual salary details are to be confirmed.This is a Church of England school which welcomes people from all backgrounds.
