Job Description

Architectural Technician (Vectorworks)ACNorth LondonUp to £42,000 (depending on experience)I am currently looking to speak with Architectural Technicians local to North London looking to join an innovative and established architectural practice on a permanent basis.Our client works on a variety of unique and tailored projects across a broad range of sectors including; retail, residential, workplace, hospitality and education. Initially you will be brought on board to be working on an exciting large residential development based in Kensington, however as you progress, you will get to work within a variety.To work an Architectural Technician (Vectorworks) you must:

  • Have a number of years worth of experience working in a UK based architectural practice
  • Be experienced with planning and building regulation drawings
  • Be proficient in Vectorworks (and ideally have good knowledge working with NBS specification writing and Microstation)
  • Be able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Be a strong communicator
    • To work as an Architectural Technician (Vectorworks) you will be:
  • Conducting measured surveys, appraisal schemes, concept layouts and final planning layouts
  • Working as part of a team, meeting deadlines and working alongside external consultants
  • Producing working drawings using Vectorworks and Microstation
  • Produce planning and building regulation drawings
  • Producing specifications and schedules of works using NBS
  • Producing and issuing tender packages
  • Carrying out contract administration on site
