Job Description

40 hours per week, 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
£22,000 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
Full UK driving licence required

Meticulous attention to detail and an innovative approach set themapart in the market.About the RoleThe Warehouse Operative role with our client is crucial within their small, motivated team. Responsibilities include:Key Responsibilities

Checking in deliveries and updating computer systems
Effective stock management and organisation
Coordinating with fitters for required parts and equipment
Monitoring and ordering consumables stock
Assisting with administrative tasks for Operations/Sales
Valeting, fuelling, and checking small van fleet
Conducting minor maintenance tasks and building checks
Occasional UK-wide deliveries in vans
Moving large stock items (FLT licence would be advantageous)

A degree of manual labour is also involved in this position, which involves lifting, maintenance works and valeting of vehicles.The Ideal CandidateOur client is looking for a committed individual who:

Works well independently and as part of a small team
Possesses excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Has basic computer skills
Is comfortable driving vans up to Luton box van size (3.5 tonne MGW)
Has a clean Full UK drivers license
Familiar with practical maintenance tasks
Is willing to engage in manual labour
Has previous experience in a warehouse or maintenance role (advantageous)
An FLT licence would be a bonus but is not essential
